The export or PDF action could not complete because GridGap did not have the required saved result context, the feature is not available in the current access context, or the generated output could not be prepared from the selected data.

Common causes include trying to export before calculating the scenario, confusing a personal export context with a Business workspace context, or expecting a report option that is not part of the current plan or current output state.
How to fix it
Start by recalculating the exact scenario and confirming that the intended results page is available. Then verify that you are in the right project version and that you are attempting the export from the correct account or workspace context.
If the export still fails after confirming the result set exists, open a support ticket and include the project, version, and scenario if possible so support can inspect the exact calculation context.
